IBC 2015 Recap

I’m sure many of you will agree when I say IBC 2015 came and went in a flash. After months of preparation, and a brand re-launch in the run up to the show, it felt like a long time coming. But before I knew it, the show was over and we were heading home.

Here we are, back at the office after another successful show. We would like to thank everyone who came by to see our vibrant new branding in Hall 7, and for those who had a demo of our latest release of Imagen Enterprise Video Platform. The show was bustling, as always, and it was good to see a number of our clients and partners at our stand (and the beach).

We were delighted to announce our partnership with dock10, which will see Imagen EVP being used to give dock10 customers an easy access point to search, find and view their content.

“Our partnership with dock10 is another sign that Imagen is fast becoming the go-to solution for companies who want to deliver video content to their customers in a dynamic, yet secure manner. dock10 has an impressive roster of industry leading clients and we’re excited to help them take their digital offerings to the next level.”

Tom Blake, CEO of Imagen Ltd.

Emma Riley, Head of Business Development, dock10 commented:  “We have been wanting for some time to offer a ‘shop window’ for our clients giving them better access and more flexibility over their content.  This partnership with Imagen allows us to do this, and we’re excited to extend this to our Broadcast clients and beyond. ”

  • What did you miss at IBC 2018?

The IBC Show closed little over a week ago and it didn’t fail to impress! As you’d expect from Europe’s leading media and entertainment event, there were lots of impressive products on display, innovations and new technologies, including our latest system update – Imagen version 7.

  • Don’t lose control of your video content

Social media sites like YouTube and Vimeo are designed to host video. But as a business archive, there are too many variables that can’t be controlled and too many weaknesses that can’t be patched.

  • Who is viewing your video content?

Incorporating video analytics can help you measure user behaviour, find insights about usage, and drive real change that improve your business performance.

  • Champions Hockey League

Champions Hockey League Archive now available via Imagen

The Champions Hockey League media portal provides rapid online access to broadcast partners, league members and sponsors who will be able to search an exclusive library of CHL media and download HD quality assets in just a few clicks.

  • Scottish Natural Heritage prepare for a new digital landscape

Scottish Natural Heritage choose Imagen to more easily manage their content through its lifecycle and promote a more flexible way of working; geared towards internal and external collaboration.
