    Personal Data That We Collect

    Imagen collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our products. You provide some of this data directly at the point of registration and additional data is also collected by cookies and receiving error reports.

    We also obtain data from third parties. We protect data obtained from third parties according to the practices described in this statement, plus any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data. These third-party sources vary over time, but have included:

    Do we share your data?

    • We do not process your data in any way that is not specified in the Privacy Policy
    • We only share data with partners who help us to deliver our service to you
    • If we do share data with a partner, it is performed under governance of local applicable laws as regulated by the local data protection authority

     

    We may store or process your data outside the European Economic Region but only where there is a legal premise to do so, either with your permission or under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework where applicable

     

    Your Communications Preferences

    You can choose whether you wish to receive promotional communications from us. If you receive messaging from us and wish to opt out, you can do so by contacting Imagen Software by email requesting your details be removed.
